We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
For hygiene safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been used. Example: Beaded or Loop wristlets.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
What if I change my mind?
We don’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
If you’re unsure about a product before ordering, please reach out — we’re always happy to help you choose.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as your order arrives if something isn’t right.

- clear photos of the issue

How do I start a return?
Email us at Laurine@SheCampSecure.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send you:
- a return shipping label
- clear instructions on how to return your item
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:
- sale items
- gift cards
- wristlets
Do EU (European) customers have different return rights?
Yes. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. Return shipping & customs costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
