5-Year UV Tag Warranty
Our high-visibility neon tags are treated with a specialised, commercial-grade, Australian-engineered UV sealer. We guarantee that your HEY MATE!, RIG MATE, HOOK UP MATE and READY MATE and MY MATE tags will resist significant UV fading for 5 years from the date of purchase.
3-Year Component Warranty
Our tactical carabiners and safety lanyards are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or component failure when used under normal conditions and as intended.
Please note: This warranty does not cover cosmetic fading.
12-Month Accessories Warranty
All accompanying hardware and accessories—including marking pens—are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or component failure under normal use.
Please note that minor cosmetic surface oxidation on metallic hardware, particularly following exposure to salt air or harsh environmental conditions, may occur over time and is considered normal environmental wear.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and the specific conditions outlined above. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear beyond the specific warranty coverage described above
- Accidental or intentional damage (for example, backing your vehicle over a tag)
- Misuse, neglect or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Loss of any component or accessory
- Damage caused by environmental conditions beyond normal product use, except where specifically covered under this warranty

- The Hey Mate! Drawbar Tag: A permanent, high-visibility neon orange reminder that stays attached to the A-frame. It mounts easily to the top link of your safety chains using the supplied military-grade carabiner.
- The Safety Station Lanyard: A heavy-duty lanyard with a built-in safety release hook to create your centralized safety station.
- ALL are Double-Sided Tags: Covering the critical zone (Hook Up Mate Departure/Arrival), Rig Zone (Rig Mate Inside/Outside van checks), and Ready Zone (Ready Mate Driver's final check).
- Reusable Wet-Erase Pen: For ticking off your checkboxes during your tasks and final walk-around. Wash off later at your next destination.
Yes! While the kits come pre-printed with essential, universal safety checks (like chains crossed, jockey wheel stowed, fridge secured, and TV antenna down), we've included a dedicated tag called My Mate in both the Value Kit and Pro Series Kit. '
This tag features blank check lines, allowing you to write in your own custom rig requirements using the supplied pen —such as securing specific bike racks, slides, or Torque your tires, or pack more Beer.
The My Mate Tag, can also be used to write your to do list or your grocery shopping list down. Place it on the supplied Lanyard with pen, found in your Kit and take it with you. Wash it all off later when done.

PreTow Mate™ is entirely physical—it doesn't require batteries, has zero screen glare, and won't shatter if you drop it on the drawbar.
Paper checklists present a hassle, even if you laminate them. Sure, laminating stops the rain, but you’re still stuck hunting for a dry-erase marker that will inevitably dry out in the glovebox or smudge off in your pocket before you're done. Plus, laminated paper easily catches the wind and flies away mid-check. Not to mention you will need to continue to reprint and laminate as your set up changes.
PreTow Mate™ is a solid, self-contained tag—no loose sheets to chase, and built to last.
The tags are designed for infinite reusability.
You can either wash them off before Departure, or when you arrive safely at your destination, simply use a damp cloth or run them under the tap to clean off the ink.
The wet-erase ink wipes away completely, leaving them fresh for your next trip.
No need to worry! While our standard wet-erase pen is perfect for dry days, we specifically supply a premium weatherproof pouch and wax pencil with the Pro Series Kit.
Simply place the tag you wish to use into the lockable pouch, and tick off your tasks with the supplied wax pencil directly on the outside of the pouch . This keeps your tags bone dry and prevents the ink from running in a downpour. Once you're done, simply wipe the wax off the outside of the pouch using a paper towel or dry cloth, and store it away for the next rainy day.
It is a simple visual habit loop that stops you from driving away unprepared.
You hang the supplied lanyard by your entry door and attach your caravan keys directly to it. If you see an empty hook inside the van, it means the tags are still out and the job isn't done. Once all zones are physically ticked, the tags return to the hook, prompting you to transition to the final Ready Mate tag attached to your vehicle keyring.
The Ready Mate (Final Check): Keep your main car keys and your van door key attached to the Ready Mate tag.
Because this tag is tethered directly to your vehicle keys, it becomes your unmissable final walk-around tool. Once those final checks are ticked off, you’re already holding the key you need to lock the caravan door and hop into the tow vehicle.
The magic happens when you get into the driver’s seat—this neon orange tag is physically in your hands and in your way, forcing you to execute your final "Clear for Take-off" check (checking mirrors, brake controllers, and lights are working etc,) before you put the car in drive. After your final walk around, you can hit the highway with 100% peace of mind.
