We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused and unworn

in original condition
-
returned in original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been used.
To start a return, please email us at Laurine@SheCampSecure.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

a return shipping label
-
clear instructions on how and where to send your item
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases (for example, if you simply didn’t like the item).
If you’re unsure about a product before purchasing, we’re always happy to answer questions — just reach out.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

your refund will be issued to your original payment method

refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

This helps us resolve things quickly and fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

sale items

gift cards
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
To qualify:

items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

proof of purchase is required

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
