Where We Ship

SheCamp Secure™ currently ships within Australia, and to selected international destinations.

If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at Laurine@SheCampSecure.com before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed (put together and ready for departure) within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia:
    Standard shipping generally arrives within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Orders:
    Delivery times vary by destination and may take 21–30 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any applicable international duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you haven’t received tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order appears delayed, missing, or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at Laurine@SheCampSecure.com.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, we will always assist you in resolving delivery issues wherever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SheCamp Secure™ is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
